Iconic actor/musician/activist Corey Feldman (The Goonies, The Lost Boys, Stand By Me) has selected Baltimore’s the C-360 Agency for public relations services to promote his latest album and Love ReTours national tour, Feldman’s first tour in five years. The tour ran from October through December and was a huge success with many venues selling out.
The C-360 PR team devised a strategy aimed at television, radio, and print to promote Feldman’s tour on a national level as well as in each local market where he was set to perform.
C-360 secured an appearance and performance for Corey and his band on CBS’s The Talk, as well as two national radio tours and features with American Songwriter, Consequence and Audacy to name a few.
Feldman’s latest single, “Without U,” just premiered at number 26 on Billboard’s Top 40 Adult Contemporary Chart, marking his highest debut position to date. Additionally, this is Feldman’s third Billboard Top 40 record.
“Our PR team’s work with Corey Feldman allows us to showcase out breadth of national PR and publicity expertise at a high-stakes and super-competitive national level,” said Michael DeMos, CEO of the C-360 Agency. “Led by Sammi Waranch, our latest effort with New York City based outlets served as a great way to showcase what we can do for clients.”
Up next for C-360 is promoting Feldman’s personal appearances on behalf of upcoming music, film and television projects.
Corey Feldman began his career at the age of three, starring in a Clio Award-winning McDonald’s commercial and he hasn’t stopped working since, appearing in more than 100 films. In 1979, he landed his first leading role in The Bad News Bears and made his big screen debut in Time After Time. Since then, Corey has gained recognition for his work as the voice of Young Copper in Disney’s The Fox and the Hound, and as Tommy Jarvis in the Friday the 13th franchise. This led to Corey’s appearance in a series of Blockbuster hits, including, Gremlins, The Goonies, Stand By Me, and The Lost Boys– for which he received a Young Artist Award.
In addition to his impressive background in entertainment, Corey is also a NY Times best-selling author for his 2013 autobiography Coreyography.
He recently premiered his long-awaited documentary My Truth: The Rape of 2 Coreys, which details and exposes the trials and tribulations of growing up as a child in an industry riddled with pedophilia. Corey launched a Truth Campaign to expose pedophilia in Hollywood as well as the movement #Kids2. Corey also serves as National Ambassador for CHILD USA, helping to bring awareness to the campaign for statute of limitation reform for victims of child sexual abuse.
